REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for any reason.

RESCHEDULING
We require 1-week notice for a missed class of any kind and charge a $40 +HST admin fee to be transferred into a future class or workshop of the same kind.

Please note that we order and prepare materials and allocate studio and employee time especially for your lesson / event. Rescheduled lessons with less than 1-week notice will be charged the full fee.

We understand that life happens – if there is a way to accommodate you, we will try our best, but in all cases, please first refer to the above policy and EMAIL US (info@theneonneedle.com) as soon as possible!

IF YOU NEED TO MISS THE 1ST CLASS IN INTRO TO SEWING 1
This class is the foundation on which all future classes are built! You cannot attend the other classes in a session without taking this class first. Let us know as soon as you can. If possible, we’ll book you in for a 120-min One-on-One Lesson before the 2nd class in order to go over what you missed and get you up to speed. The cost is $175+ HST.
